When sending an order to us by mail, email or fax, be sure to include the following pertinent information:

    Customer ID
    Your Name
    Business Name and complete address for shipment
    Phone number and email address
    Method of payment, including credit card number and expiration date, if applicable.
    Order information with item numbers, description and quantity.



SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We at Wooden Hangers USA are proud to partner with the most respected shipping companies, and will select the best way to transport your shipment. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of you, the customer. Any COD fees applicable will also be the responsibility of the customer.


FREE SHIPPING:

    1. We offer free shipping by FedEx, US Postal Service or other common carriers on all qualifying orders over $300.
    2. Offer valid only for those recipients in the Continental United States.


METHOD OF PAYMENT:

    1. Credit card payments are perhaps the most expedient way to process for your order. We happily accept VISA VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. When ordering, please have your credit card information available.
    2. COD: Orders with totals of less than $500.00 may be sent COD (cash on delivery). Customers will need to provide a cashier’s check or money for the first occurrence of COD. Any shipments outside the State of Florida will need to be paid by cash or money order: no out of state check accepted. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all COD fees charged by the carrier.
    3. Net 30: Wooden Hangers USA is proud to extend credit to approved customers on Net 30 terms. To be approved for this courtesy, ask your sales representative for an application and full details. Applications take 3-4 weeks to process, so be sure to submit your application with the required references in plenty of time before ordering.


RETURNS:

Qualified returns will be honored within 30 days of purchase, but require return authorization. Contact your sales representative at 1-800-718-0003 to obtain authorization. All returns must be in the original packaging and shipping carton, and must contain a copy of the invoice. Returned items must be new; used items will not be accepted for refund. Wooden Hangers USA reserves the right to determine new or used condition of all returned items.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns. Clearance items, custom orders and used merchandise do not qualify for return.


DAMAGES:
All orders are inspected for integrity before being sealed at Wooden Hangers USA. Therefore, any damages incurred during transport are the responsibility of the carrier. Opening cartons in the presence of the delivery person is a good practice to avoid damage disputes. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged during shipment, please follow these instructions, according to the carrier:

    1. UPS or FedEx: Upon notice of damage, call UPS or FedEx and request an inspection. Be sure to save all packing materials. Wooden Hangers USA is unable to accept a return on these items: the carrier will arrange for replacements.
    2. Common Carrier: Open cartons and examine your order with the driver present. Make notes of all damages on both your copy and the driver’s copy of all shipment documentation. Contact carrier for further instructions.
    3. Concealed damages: Upon discovering damaged merchandise, contact carrier immediately to arrange an inspection. Be sure to save all packing materials. If you have had no action from the carrier within 10 days, contact the Customer Service Department at Wooden Hangers USA; we may be able to offer assistance.


SPECIAL ORDERS:
Our catalog is substantial and represents a wide variety of the most requested supplies for this industry. However, we are not able to stock all equipment manufactured. In those cases, our sales representative are happy to provide special order pricing for items not featured in our catalog. Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and do not qualify for return or refund.


BACK ORDERS:
At times, our inventory of popular items may be depleted. If a back-order is necessary, we will ship the ordered item(s) as soon as possible. Additional shipping charges for this back-order will be added at time of shipment.
